How to check your order status

You can view your order status from your My Account area at any time.  

  1. Login into your account at https://talkbox.mom/my-account/
  2. Select "Orders" on the left menu
  3. Select "View" of your most recent order to see the details

Order Status

  1. Processing - We have received your order but it has not shipped out. 
  2. Completed - Your order has shipped.
    1. You will find your tracking number under Order Updates
    2. All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail for domestic orders. This has an estimated delivery time of 2-10 days. If you selected to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail at checkout, these order have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. If your order is an international order it will ship out via USPS First Class International Mail, these have an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks.  
    3. The shipping information is also emailed to the email on your account 
    4. To view the tracking updates for your order click on the tracking number or copy and paste the tracking number and enter the tracking number on the usps.com website 
  3. Failed - There was an error processing your payment. 
    1. Select "Payment Methods" on the left menu 
    2. You can edit or add a new payment method here to complete your purchase.
