How to check your order status
You can view your order status from your My Account area at any time.
- Login into your account at https://talkbox.mom/my-account/
- Select "Orders" on the left menu
- Select "View" of your most recent order to see the details
- Processing - We have received your order but it has not shipped out.
- Completed - Your order has shipped.
- You will find your tracking number under Order Updates
- All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail for domestic orders. This has an estimated delivery time of 2-10 days. If you selected to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail at checkout, these order have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. If your order is an international order it will ship out via USPS First Class International Mail, these have an estimated delivery time of 6-8 weeks.
- The shipping information is also emailed to the email on your account
- To view the tracking updates for your order click on the tracking number or copy and paste the tracking number and enter the tracking number on the usps.com website
- Failed - There was an error processing your payment.
- Select "Payment Methods" on the left menu
- You can edit or add a new payment method here to complete your purchase.
