How do I use my referral credit to purchase from the website?

If you have referral credit in your account, here’s how it works on our online store:

• Your available referral credit will automatically be applied when you place an order as long as you’re not using another coupon, since coupons cannot be stacked
• If you purchased a subscription, any referral credit you have will automatically apply to your renewal payments.
• Referral credit cannot be applied to items added after clicking "Place Order."

Example:

You purchase a Spanish Box subscription and complete checkout. After your order, you’re offered the Power Practice Planner.

If you want to use your referral credit for the Planner, do not accept the post-checkout offer. 

Instead, visit the Power Practice Planner page and place a separate order. Your referral credit will automatically apply there.
