How do I pause or cancel a gift subscription?

Both the gifter and the giftee have full control over a gifted subscription.

How to pause a gift subscription

  1. Log in to your TalkBox.Mom account.
  2. Go to Subscription(s) in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click View next to the subscription.
  4. Under Payment Settings, click Pause Charges.

How to cancel a gift subscription

  1. Log in to your TalkBox.Mom account.
  2. Go to Subscription(s) in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click View next to the subscription.
  4. Under Payment Settings, click Cancel.

Please be sure to pause or cancel before the next payment goes through. Payments that have already been processed can’t be canceled or refunded.
