How do I delay my next shipment by 30 days?

Not ready for your next box yet? Remember, it only takes one week of solid practice sessions to work through a challenge. If you're not sure when you should move on to your next challenge, you can read this in-depth article here.

If you need to delay your shipment by 30 days, we've made it super easy for you to move it back.

1.  After logging into your account, click on "My Subscriptions" in the side menu.
   
2. Scroll down to "Delay Shipment," click, "30 Days," and to confirm, select "Let's do it!"
   
   Note, you can also choose the exact date you would like your next box shipped if you just need an extra week to practice through your last challenge.
   

You'll receive a confirmation on the page with your new renewal date. You can also scroll down to "Next Shipment Date," to see when your next box will renew.
