How do I restart my subscription?
Yay! It's time to start your next box! But your account is on hold, so your next order won't automatically go through.
No problem! We've made it super easy for you to order the next box in your series and choose exactly when you'd like it to ship.
1. After logging into your account, click on "My Subscriptions" in the side menu.
2. You'll notice that your account is "On Hold." This means that you need to reactivate your account to order your next box.
To do so, scroll down to "Payment Settings" and select "Reactivate."
You'll receive a confirmation that your account is "Active," and you'll see the Next Shipment Date. If you want an earlier shipment date, you can change the date.
3. To change the Next Shipment Date, scroll down to "Delay Shipment" and click "Choose a Date." Pick the date you would like your box to ship. Then select, "Let's Do It!"
Note, the soonest date you can choose is tomorrow. This is the day we will prepare your shipment. (Shipments go out Monday through Saturday except for holidays.)
You will receive a confirmation that your date has been changed to your selected.
