How do I restart my subscription?
You can easily restart your subscription, whether you paused it or cancelled it entirely.
Option 1: Restart After Pausing
If you paused your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in at talkbox.mom/account
- Click Subscriptions in the left-hand menu
- Click View next to your paused subscription
- Click Reactivate next to Payment Settings
Once resumed, your subscription will continue as usual with the next box in the sequence. You will see your next shipment date and can adjust it as needed.
Option 2: Restart After Cancelling
If you paused your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in at talkbox.mom/account
- Click Subscriptions in the left-hand menu
Click View next to your cancelled subscription
- Click Resubscribe next to Payment Settings
- Complete checkout
Once resumed, your subscription will continue as usual with the next box in the sequence. You will see your next shipment date in your account and can adjust it as needed.
